Travelling

Many people, travelling back and forth to work choose to lock themselves inside to be able to conserve energy to get through their day.
Easier to live this way, but you need to pay it with your life-energy. You will die a little bit each day by doing this!
If you try to take in what happens around you, you will live more! You will get more out of your life!
You are not an island! You are connected to every other living creature, and by recognising this you will start living!
